Delete your account and data.

You can delete your Shytter account right in the app, without contacting us.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Shytter app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when asked.

What’s removed

Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm, along with:

  • Your account and profile
  • Check-ins
  • Points, levels and avatars
  • Reviews and photos you posted

Copies in our backups are deleted within 90 days. We keep only what the law requires, such as records of purchases and giveaway prizes.

Before you confirm

  • It can’t be undone. Your points, levels and reviews are gone for good.
  • Business plans keep billing until you cancel them. Cancel on your iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions first.

Can’t get into the app? Email help@shytter.org from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.

We make it easy to delete your account and personal data directly from the app.


Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Shytter app

  2. Go to your Profile

  3. Select Delete Account

  4. Confirm your choice when prompted

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.


What Happens After Deletion

  • All personal data associated with your account is permanently removed from our databases

  • This includes:

    • Account information

    • Profile data

    • Check-ins

    • Points, ranks, and achievements

    • Any reviews that you left

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

  • You do not need to contact support to delete your data

  • Deletion occurs immediately after confirmation
